In addition to customers, it is recommended to include important addresses, which are destinations during working hours and should therefore be included in the sales-route planning, as Places. These can be of both professional nature (e.g. company headquarters, warehouse, garage, conference locations, preferred hotels, ...) and for private purposes (e.g. second residence, college/daycare, ...).
You can manage these addresses through My Places in the navigation menu:
To create a new place click New place or New accommodation. The process is analogous to customers (see section Create customers). To open a place click on the respective line. The detail view is displayed analogous to the customer. This view enables you to create an appointment at this place or to include it in the schedule, for example.
