In user settings, you let portatour® know how you work in the field: where you start your sales-route from, what your working hours are, how often you want to visit customers. On the basis of these conditions, portatour® creates optimized sales-route plans that meet your goals.
Open the portatour® tab, and then the Options menu.
Your personal user settings are initialized with default settings of your organization, set by the administrator of your organization. You can set deviating settings by deactivating the checkbox Standard prior to the respective setting.
Hint: Settings in portatour® are hierarchical: specifications of your organization are set as default. You can adjust them by overwriting the standard in your user settings, such as when you want to have an overnight stay on the way. Settings can also be customized for individual customers in order to optimize the respective sales route, such as specific business hours of customers.
