In your Salesforce organization, each customer is typically assigned to one user, who is the owner – the 'single sales rep per customer' Mode. Accordingly, portatour® schedules the activated customers into the routes of each user.
If your organization regulates associations between customers and users differently – for example when a customer is being called by several sales reps or when any sales rep can call any customer – then portatour® offers the 'multiple sales reps per customer' Mode. Here, each user can activate portatour® for any visible customer object. If this is the case, follow the instructions in section Call Settings Permissions.
