The appointment detail page shows appointments including all their details. You can get to this page from four places in portatour® – each by clicking on the appointment link:
- From the Calendar by selecting Open appointment in the context menu
- From the customer detail page in the section Upcoming appointments
- From the Schedule if the appointment has already been scheduled
- From the appointment list (Calendar > Appointment list button top right)
The subject, in most cases the name of the customer, the date and time as well as the appointment's address can be found on this page. The appointment address can be visualized by clicking on Show map and forwarded to the navigation program by clicking on Navigation – same as on the customer detail page (see Show customer on map and Customer details).
If the appointment is assigned to a customer, the customer detail page is opened by clicking the Linked customer button. Click Took place now or Missed to validate the customer visit.
If you entered a note when creating the appointment, you will find it under Information.
Clicking on Actions offers the options Delete appointment or Exclude appointment from schedule if the appointment is not to be taken into account for route planning. If the appointment is part of a series, you will see further options here, see Recurring appointments.
If it is an overnight stay on the way, you also have the option of booking a hotel room via Booking.com using the button Find hotel (for details see Find hotel).
