In the calendar or in the schedule, click on the appointment and select Took place now once you have completed the appointment. By doing so, portatour® no longer needs to consider this appointment in future updates.
The appointment will be logged as completed with the current time and day. It will be check-marked in the appointment list as well as in the schedule and calendar. If this appointment is assigned to a customer, the date of the last customer call will be updated. Where applicable, you are prompted to create a call report (see also Customer detail page).
If the customer was not available, click Missed in order to mark the appointment as completed. If it is an appointment with customer reference, portatour® will automatically suggest the customer again according to the call interval.
