Once the access to portatour® Anywhere is activated you obtain your access data:
- An access link for logging in, for example:
- Your portatour® Anywhere user name. It is independent of your Salesforce user name. It is the trailing end of the link, in this example the user name is 'ababab99'.
Send your access link to your smartphone or tablet in order to use portatour® Anywhere on the device. Enter your email address and your phone number in the fields, or click on the underlined addresses from your user account, which are displayed on the right, to use them. Use the international spelling of phone numbers with area code and carrier as prefix, without any Zero, e.g. '+436641111111'.
Click Send. The access link will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS and via email to the address provided. Open the link on your mobile device.
Alternatively, you can manually type the link into the browser on your mobile device.
Hint: Your password is not displayed in your access data and will not be sent.
Hint: To reset your password or create a new password, deactivate and re-activate your access.
