Here, you can specify the values that apply to most portatour® users of your organization.

You can deduct the meaning of these settings from the User Manual.

In addition the values that can be defined within User Setting, there is the Reason for non standard Call Interval setting.

Select Mandatory in case automatic Call Interval calculation is preferred in your organization (see section Scheduling parameters). Then portatour® users absolutely have to enter a textual reason for setting a manual call interval for a customer (by setting the Call Interval to Specified).
