For calculating your future call plans, it is essential to capture completed calls. portatour® calculates the call urgency of a customer by comparing the desired call interval in days with the days elapsed since the last call.
The date of the last customer call is set
- on the detail page of the customer in the call settings section by clicking on the button Called Now (see section Last Call),
- on the customer call settings page (see section Scheduling parameters),
- in Mass Update (see section Customer list),
- by clicking Took place now at an appointment (see section Appointment Took place).
