This warning appears if appointments are recorded in the Salesforce calendar, but are not activated for portatour® (see section Activate existing appointments). portatour® wants to prevent important appointments being missed by mistake. Possible causes are:
- The entry of the respective appointment in your Salesforce calendar happened prior to the installation of portatour®.
- During appointment entry, you have forgotten to activate it for portatour®.
- Someone else created the appointment in your calendar.
To subsequently activate these appointments for portatour®, click on the topic of the appointment in order to open the appointment in a new browser window or -tab. Click on Activate for portatour® in the Call Settings section.
If there are appointments on the list, that are already assigned to an activated portatour® customer, click Automatically activate. During activation the call address of the customer is used as appointment address.
If appointments without relevance to your sales-route are listed, you can suppress further warnings by ticking the checkbox on the respective appointment line.
All highlights the checkboxes of all appointments.
