Due to configuration error a Salesforce login screen can appear that does not accept your username and password. This broken login screen can appear during synchronization with portatour® Anywhere or during an update of a schedule. You may then experience that you cannot continue, despite entering a seemingly correct username and password.
Verify, which Salesforce login screen you see: the login for a Salesforce Sandbox will have the web address https://test.salesforce.com/ whereas the login for the Salesforce production environment is https://login.salesforce.com/.
If the wrong login screen is shown (you are working in production and see the test login or vice versa), the wrong Salesforce Environment is set in the portatour® license settings. Contact your administrator.
