Each customer can also be activated manually.
Open the customer that needs to be activated. In the section call settings you will find the indication that this customer is not yet activated for portatour®:
In order to activate the customer, press Activate for portatour®. The newly opened page shows the customer call settings. The address (see section Call address and geo-location) is automatically adopted as call address, geo-located and displayed on the map. The result is visible on the bottom of the page in the Address section:
Save the call settings to make it permanent.
