Call reports can be viewed in the Activity History section, on the detail page of the assigned customer. They are displayed next to other regular events:
Here, you can also find the button New Call Report. With it you can add a call report retrospectively. Note that the date of the last customer call is not set when using this method to report calls and you have to set the last call date manually.
Call report appointments cannot be activated for portatour®. In the call settings section of a call report you can see:
