In the following screenshot you can identify the failed synchronization by looking in the column HasError.
Open the record and read the error message.
In the list in the bottom section of the form, look for the user or users whose synchronization has an error.
If the reason for the error is not clear, open the user entry that has caused an error.
Now you can see the error message for the synchronization for this user. If a portatour® log entry has warnings, then the field Log is particularly relevant. Warnings are indicated right at the top of this field. (On the screenshot at the top you can see a synchronization step that has an error, but no warning).
