The data which portatour® Anywhere uses for sales-route planning comes from the Dynamics CRM System of your organization, and it is regularly synchronized between both systems.
Before you can use portatour®, portatour® needs to be set up by the administrator of the Dynamics CRM System of your organization. If you are not sure whether this has happened, contact your Dynamics CRM administrator.
Open a web browser and log into your Dynamics CRM system. Contact your Dynamics CRM administrator in case you do not yet know the address of your Dynamics CRM System or your Dynamics CRM login data.
If you are already logged into your Dynamics CRM system, re-load the Dynamics CRM menu (F5 key).
Navigate to Workplace – My Work – portatour®.
If this menu item (the blue portatour® item in the left area of the image) is not available, then portatour® has not been set up for you. Contact your Dynamics CRM administrator.
On this page, select a password in Activate access. With this password you will be able to log into portatour® Anywhere in the future. Click Activate.
The page will be updated upon successful activation of your portatour® Anywhere access. The following section appears on the top:
portatour® is now ready for you. Click Open to get started with portatour® Anywhere.
