How can you control the visibility of call settings for specific users, such as users in a given region?
portatour® is installed and activated for users, however, some users can not see routes or Call Settings
What does 'Customer Data can not be retrieved' mean?
Demo Data can not be loaded, Customers or Appointments, that were created via portatour® Anywhere, are not transferred to Salesforce

Possible cause are required Custom Fields that have been added to the objects Account/Lead/Contact/Event in your Salesforce organization. portatour® has no knowledge of such fields and can not create any new records.

Remove the required constraint from the respective Custom Fields!
