After having completed an appointment, mark it as Took place. This enables portatour® to know that this appointment no longer needs to be taken into consideration for future schedule updates – which is especially important if you have provided a large leeway for this appointment (see section Schedule Time). If appointments – as would often be the case – are entered with a tight leeway or a fixed time, this is not necessary, knowing that portatour® ignores events in the past.
If the appointment is assigned to a customer (assignments are visible in the system information section), then the customer's last call date will also be set when saving the appointment call settings, and possible customer reservations are deleted automatically.
With this input option, you will not be prompted to enter a call report, regardless of the portatour® user settings (see section Business Rules). Therefore, it is recommended to click on Took place now or Missed now, which can be found on the event page in the call settings section. By clicking one of these buttons, the date will be set, above described changes will be done, and you can enter a call report:
