Every synchronization in portatour® is logged by a portatour® log entry.
In the portatour® Route Planning App in Dynamics 365, navigate to Administration.

Evaluation of log entries
To determine whether problems have occurred with a synchronization, look at the top line. Here there are three indicators:
- Done
- HasWarnings
- HasError
Completed synchronizations that presented no problems are Done (value:Yes) and have no Warnings or Errors (value No).
Synchronizations with errors or warnings can be analyzed at subordinate levels.
If you are unable to resolve the error, tick the faulty log entry and click on Email to portatour® Support in the menu to send an email to the portatour® support team.
