portatour® for Dynamics CRM is currently available in English and German. Both languages are included in the solution automatically.

portatour® for Dynamics CRM adds the following entries to the Dynamics CRM sitemap:
- Workplace

- portatour®: displays the user interface for portatour® users. It allows manual synchronization and administration of access to portatour® Anywhere.

- Administration: displays the portatour® administration page. It allows the configuration of portatour® by the administrator.
- Logs - periodic synchronizations: list of the log entries for periodic synchronizations
- Logs - manual synchronizations: list of the log entries for manual synchronizations
Custom entities and fields
portatour® includes a series of custom entities. The data required for running portatour® is saved in these entities.
Do not carry out any self-made data operations on these entities, as otherwise portatour® may no longer function correctly.
Some fields of selected entities may be relevant for reports or other assessments. Access these fields read-only:

Plug-ins
The portatour® solution contains a plug-in assembly with several plug-ins. Nearly all the plug-ins relate to user-defined portatour® entities.
The exceptions are plug-ins for the following predefined Dynamics CRM entities: Appointment, Recurring Appointment, Task. These plug-ins ensure that if the holder of these entities is changed, the holder of associated portatour® settings is also updated. In addition, a portatour® call is shown as completed as soon as a corresponding call date is entered in Dynamics CRM.

portatour® contains two workflows for implementing periodic synchronization.

Web Resources
portatour® for Dynamics CRM contains web resources including user manuals of around 15MB.
Security roles
