It is possible to synchronize individual users with portatour® Anywhere at any time without having to wait for the nightly synchronization. Make sure that the concerned users are already created as portatour® users and are activated for portatour® Anywhere (see portatour® User).
Synchronize a single user with portatour® Anywhere
- Go to Administration > Overview and click on portatour® Users.
- Select one or multiple users you want to synchronize.
- In the menu, click Synchronize with portatour® Server. If this option is not shown, click the three vertical dots and then select Synchronize with portatour® Server.
