To ensure that the information most important to you about your customer is always there, relevant fields can be added to customer detail page. Depending on the setting, this information can be edited at any time.
Edit additional information about the customer
- Open the customer detail page of the respective customer (see Customer details).
- Click on the pen icon in the relevant section. An editing window will open:
- Edit the respective value.
- Click Save to apply the change.
Hint: Adjust these fields to your requirements by going to
Options > Custom fields or contact your administrator if necessary (see
Custom fields overview).
