Edit the address of a customer in case of a geocoding warning or geocoding error (see Geocode address) or if the customer has moved.
Edit address
- On the customer detail page, click the pen symbol in the Name/Address/Symbol section.
 - Select Address to change the customer's master data (name, address, geoposition). The following window opens:
 - Make the changes in the respective input box. Setting the country is only necessary if it is different from your home country.
 - Click Geocode. The new address will be geocoded, i.e. the relevant position for route-planning will be determined on the map (see Geocode address).
 - You can optionally set the position manually on the map (see Set geolocation manually) or use the GPS function to determine the location (see Determine GPS location).
 - Click Save to apply the new address including the geolocation of the customer.
 
Remove warning
In case of a geocoding warning, it is possible to remove the warning message if you are satisfied with the geo-location despite small inaccuracies (e.g. 'House number was not found').
- On the customer detail page, click the pen symbol in the Address / Symbol section.
 - Select Remove warning.
