To show all activated users:
- Go to Options > User activation.
- Under All Users activated for portatour®, click on Show.
- Switch to All.
If you have not yet created the All list view and only the list of portatour® User Settings Recently Viewed is available, create it as follows:
- In the list view controls (cogwheel icon), click on New.
- Enter a meaningful List Name, e.g. 'All' and the List API Name. If desired, you can also change the visibility of the view.
- Click Save. The newly created list view is displayed.
Hint: You can also show all activated users by opening the Salesforce Tab
portatour® User Settings.
