Each one of the following steps needs to be performed for Accounts, Leads or Contacts depending on which one of the three objects you have chosen as customers in section Accounts, Contacts or Leads as customers.
Customer Call Settings section
Fügen Sie für alle Seitenlayouts, die für portatour® Benutzer sichtbar sind, einen Abschnitt für die Besuchseinstellungen hinzu. Benennen Sie den Abschnitt abhängig von Ihrer Entscheidung aus Punkt Mehrbetreuer-Modus:
- In the Single sales rep per customer Mode name the section Call Settings.
- In the Multiple sales reps per customer Mode name the section My Call Settings.
Add a Visualforce Page to the page layouts of customers∗, as described in Customer Call Settings section:
- For Accounts* open Setup/App Setup/Customize/Accounts/Page Layouts and add the Visualforce page PTCustomerCallSettingsAccount,
- for Leads* Setup/App Setup/Customize/Leads/Page Layouts and add PTCustomerCallSettingsLead,
- for Contacts∗ Setup/App Setup/Customize/Contacts/Page Layouts
and add PTCustomerCallSettingsContact.
∗ … Only adjust layouts of objects that are actually visited. See section Accounts, Contacts or Leads as customers.
Do not forget to set the amount of Visualforce pages to 120 pixels as described in the Events above!
Call Settings related list in the Multiple-sales-reps-per-customer-Mode
In case you have chosen the Multiple sales reps per customer Mode in section Multiple-sales-reps-per-customer Mode, add the related list for Call Settings. This related list shows Call Settings of all users that activated the display of customers for portatour® route planning. Thus, users can see whether other users visit the same customer and therefore avoid conflicts.
Choose Related Lists in the list of available items and add the List portatour® Customer Call Settings to the Page Layout below the section 'My Call Settings' which has been added in the previous step:
Press the button List properties, remove the New button and adjust the list like shown in above illustration:
- Select the columns Name, Last Customer Call, Last Missed Call, Note, Owner Alias.
- Remove the New button.
Surrounding Customers Button
Add Custom Buttons to all related Page Layouts for Accounts, Contacts and Leads.
Select Buttons from the drop-down menu and add Surrounding Customers to the Custom Buttons range:
New Appointment Button
Within Page Layouts for Accounts, Contacts and Leads scroll down to the Related List Open Activities:
Select the Related List Properties and expand the Buttons range:
Add the New Appointment button and confirm with OK.
New Call Report Button
Within Page Layouts for Accounts, Contacts and Leads scroll down to the Related List Activity History:
Open the Related List Properties and add the New Call Report button.
Search Layouts
Adjust the Search Layout of the objects that are visited as customers∗:
- for Accounts∗ open Setup/App Setup/Customize/Accounts/Page Layouts
- for Contacts∗ Setup/App Setup/Customize/Contacts/Page Layouts
- for Leads∗ Setup/App Setup/Customize/Leads/Page Layouts
∗ … Only adjust layouts of objects that are actually visited. See section Accounts, Contacts or Leads as customers.
There are several Search Layouts for each object type:
Edit the Search Layout for
- Search results and
- Accounts List View.
Add the buttons Activate for portatour® and Customer Call Settings to the Custom Buttons section:
Confirm with Save.
Thereby all adjustments for Accounts, Contacts and Leads are carried out.
