Use public groups and sharing rules to give members of a group access to customer call settings or other objects.Diese Benutzer können einer bestimmten Rolle, Region oder anderen Eigenschaften zugeordnet sein.
Open Setup/Manage Users/Public Groups and create a new group.
Add members to this group.
Go to Setup/Security Controls/Sharing Settings and add a Sharing Rule for Customer Call Settings, User Settings, Business Hours. Each rule needs to be configured the following way:
- Type: Based on Record Owner
- Owned by members of: <your group>
- Share with: <your group>
- Access level: Read Only or Read/Write
