Use this feature in order to activate users for portatour®.
Select a user that does not use portatour® and press Activate. The User Settings page of the selected user will be shown. Click Save in order to create the User Settings.
The selected user will get the portatour® User static and portatour® User dynamic permission sets.
Hint: You can also enable other users to activate users for portatour®, such as the sales manager for example. Assign the
portatour® Admin static and
portatour® Admin dynamic permission sets to these administrative users, see section
portatour® Admin static.
