If you create appointments in a different way or want to include existing appointments in the scheduling, extend them with call settings. Open the saved event and focus on the Call Settings section. It reads that this appointment has not yet been activated for portatour®:
Click activate for portatour®.
If the assigned customer is already activated for portatour®, portatour® adopts the respective call address and the appointment is immediately activated with the default settings:
Otherwise, a page is displayed with call settings of the appointment, where you have to set the call address in order to activate the appointment.
When picking the call address, Contacts have a higher priority to Accounts. If you assigned the appointment with a Contact as well as an Account, and both are activated for portatour®, then the call address of the Contact will be taken.
If you want to change the call address or other call settings of the appointment, click on Edit Call Settings.
