This warning message appears if portatour® finds appointments where assignments to customers were changed after activation for portatour®. Possible reasons are:
- The appointment was assigned to a different customer.
- The contact person of the appointment was changed (e.g. the appointment was arranged with the Account, later the Contact was added additionally).
- The appointment was assigned to a Lead, which was converted into an Account.
- The allocation of the appointment to a customer was deleted.
- The assigned customer was retrospectively activated for portatour®.
Confirm with Next, the correct assignment of portatour® will be restored automatically. Click call in order to open the settings it in a new Browser window or –tab.
