What do I have to do if a field rep leaves the company? How do I replace a user with a new employee?

If an employee leaves your field sales force, deactivate their user account:

• The user's access link is blocked as a result.
• Access to portatour® is no longer possible for the user.
• The data is retained in portatour®.

If a new employee takes over the relevant territory, adjust the user data accordingly and reactivate the user account.
