The message The import was cancelled. Possible causes: maintenance tasks on the server, long inactivity means that the import was terminated automatically.
There can be various reasons for this, including
- No activity was detected for a long time during the import. This happens if you do not continue the import for approx. 20 minutes.
- Maintenance work is carried out in portatour®, e.g. an update is rolled out.
Simply click on Restart import to start the import again.
