In the course of creating a schedule with portatour® for Salesforce® by clicking Calculate or Update in Salesforce, all the data is encrypted and uploaded to the portatour® Server via internet and is available in the latest version on your smartphone or tablet. If you take your mobile device, log into portatour® Anywhere and select Schedule in the navigation menu, you will see the the current schedule and data from Salesforce.
Considering that no data is saved on your mobile phone, it is not necessary to keep your mobile device switched on while working in Salesforce or during the updating process.
If you are working simultaneously inportatour® for Salesforce® and on the smartphone, and you are calculating a new schedule in Salesforce, portatour® Anywhere immediately recognizes it and adopts the current data. The date of the last synchronization with Salesforce can be found in in the portatour® Anywhere navigation menu in the About form in the User section below Data from Salesforce.
