If portatour® should schedule a daily work break, select Work Break - Schedule Work Break in the Work Break section. Below, enter the time frame and duration of the work break, e.g. between 11:45 AM and 2:00 PM for the duration of 40 minutes. The time frame gives portatour® a leeway for planning your optimized schedule, which is especially needed if your customers have limited opening hours – then the work break can be scheduled within this time frame to an instant when customers are also closed. In case the work break should still be scheduled precisely, set the duration to the exact time frame of the work break, e.g. 12:00-12:40 with 40 minute duration. If you do not want to schedule a work break, select No Work Break.
Working Hours entered are independent of the time zone set in Salesforce. If your Salesforce configured time zone changes, working hours remain the same.
