Business Hours are in the second section of the customer call settings tab. Enter the default business hours or preferred customer call times for each day. During days off – e.g. Saturday or Sunday – leave the input box empty. If the majority of your customers have different business hours, delete all input boxes and enter the individual business hours for each customer individually (see section Business hours).
The X button deletes the entries for the day.
Business Hours entered are independent of the time zone set in Salesforce. If the time zone changes, working hours remain the same.If the time zone changes, working hours remain the same.
Customers without business hours cannot be scheduled automatically by portatour®.
