The portatour® report provides a summary table of call reports as well as a statistical summary of call-related customer data in your sales territory. A detailed description of the content can be found in section portatour® Report in Salesforce.
Call timestamps
In this drop-down menu, you can determine whether only the day should be evaluated in the portatour® report or whether the report should entail also the visit time.
Schedule
In this drop-down menu, you can determine whether the current schedule should be shown or hidden in the portatour® report.
Send daily to
You have the option to automatically send a daily created report via email. To do this, enter the email address(es) of the desired recipients, one address per line, as shown above. In case your administrator has already pre-configured an email address by default, leave it on the list as well.
Via Send report to <Your email address> now you can immediately send the portatour® report to the current email address, as specified in your personal Salesforce data.
