Through portatour® default schedule settings (see section Scheduling parameters and Business hours), you provide portatour® with a rough structure for scheduling, which can be improved with individual refinements. The more accurate and recent customer data is provided and maintained, the more portatour® can optimize the schedule for your customer calls.
You can enter individual call settings for each customer (Account, Contact or Lead). To edit these settings open the desired customer.
On the detail page of the customer, pay attention to the Customer Call Settings section. If a customer was already activated for portatour®, then frequently used call parameters and actions of customers are displayed there:
In the Single sales rep per customer Mode (default) you will also see customer call settings for customers you do not own. In particular, if you have permission to see other users' customers and if the customer in question was activated for portatour® by the owner. In this case, some functions are disabled:
In the Multiple sales reps per customer Mode this section is called My Call Settings and only your own call settings are shown.
