Optional Filter for mass activation – portatour® Help Center

Optionally, you can enter the 'WHERE'-part of a SOQL Query which portatour® should use for selecting data for mass activation. Use this option in case not all customers should be visited by sales reps, but rather the ones that meet certain criteria – e.g. minimum revenue / minimum potential.

Select Validate and Save to check the filters and save.
