The call note is a short reminder for the next customer call. It is displayed on the customer detail page under Next call, in the schedule right below the customer name and in the customer list in the fourth column (see Show schedule as list and Customer list).
If you exceptionally want to visit a customer once again after 7 or 14 days, this is also possible without changes to the call interval.
Edit next call
- Open the customer detail page of the relevant customer.
- In the Next call section, click the pen icon . A menu opens:

- Edit call note to add or remove a call note.
- One-time 7 days / One-time 14 days if you want to visit the customer in a shortened interval.
