portatour® saves call settings as well as the schedule in individual custom objects within Salesforce and integrates them in the Recent Items list, which is displayed, depending on your configuration, in the Home tab:
Following objects are introduced by portatour®:

Call settings for Appointments are called 'Appointment call settings'
There are also further objects, where 'portatour®' is part of the object name. They are used by portatour® internally and cannot be edited.
