Similar to all Salesforce objects, most of the portatour® objects are also moved to the recycle bin upon deletion and can be restored at a later point.
Additionally, portatour® objects respond to operations that are performed on their associated Salesforce objects such as linked Accounts/Contacts/Leads.
Such automatizations that occur in the background during deletion/restoration are described below.
Account, Lead, Contact (customers)
Call settings of all related users as well as customer objects are moved to the recycle bin during the deletion process.
When restoring the customer object in the Single sales rep per customer Mode, customer call settings of the object owner are restored from the recycle bin.
In the Multiple sales reps per customer Mode, all customer call settings of all users are restored from the recycle bin. The restriction that one user can have a maximum of one object per customer call settings is taken into account.
If there are several customer call settings per user in the recycle bin (because the customer has been activated and deactivated for portatour® several times), only the most recent (deleted last) customer call settings per user are restored.

During portatour® deactivation of customers, call settings are moved to the recycle bin. They can be restored, unless the customer has been activated again for portatour®.
By trying to restore multiple call settings at once, a maximum of one is restored. Further records remain in the recycle bin.
Events
During deletion, events and their associated call settings are moved to the recycle bin.
By restoring the event, the call settings associated to the event are also restored from the recycle bin.
If there are several customer call settings per event in the recycle bin (because the appointment has been activated and deactivated for portatour® several times), only the most recent (deleted last) call settings are restored.

During deactivation of appointments for portatour®, call settings are moved to the recycle bin. They can be restored, unless the appointment has been activated again for portatour®.
By trying to restore multiple call settings at once, a maximum of one is restored. Further records remain in the recycle bin.
portatour® User Settings
Call settings are moved to the recycle bin at deletion, and can be restored until new call settings have been created.
Schedule
Old schedules are deleted permanently and do not appear in the recycle bin.
