Every synchronization in portatour® is logged by a portatour® log entry.
In Dynamics CRM, navigate to Settings.
Under Logs - Periodic Synchronizations you can find log entries for automatic, periodic synchronizations.
Under Logs - Manual Synchronizations you can find all the synchronizations initiated manually by portatour® users.
The portatour® log entries for periodic synchronizations are arranged hierarchically on the following three levels:
- Periodic Synchronization

The portatour® log entries for manual synchronizations are also arranged hierarchically on the following two levels:

To determine whether problems have occurred with a synchronization, look at the top line. Here there are three indicators:Here there are three indicators:
- Done
- HasError
- HasWarnings
Completed synchronizations that presented no problems are Done (value:Yes) and have no Errors or warnings (value No).
Synchronizations with errors or warnings can be analyzed at subordinate levels, as explained by the following example.
If the error can not be rectified, send an email to the portatour® support team. Tick the faulty log entry and click on the button 'Email to portatour® Support'.
