If you want territories to have a specific amount of customers after optimization, specify this as follows:
- Start a new territory optimization.
- Go to Optimization settings > Per territory.
- If you would like to specify the customer count for all territories, click on the pencil icon
in the header at Customers Count. If you only want to specify the amount of customers for a specific territory, click on the pencil icon in the respective line.
- Specify the desired value range for the amount of customers and click Apply.
- Click Start optimization.
portatour® takes your specifications into account in the best possible way during the territory optimization. If there are territories where compliance is not possible in an efficient way, the details of the optimization result will indicate this. In the table, the affected users are highlighted in red.
