How does portatour® prioritize different appointment types? How are breaks prioritized?

If appointments with different degrees of flexibility conflict with each other or not all appointments can be accommodated in the schedule, the following prioritization applies:

1. All-/Multiday appointments
2. Appointments planned on time
3. Work break
4. Appointments flexible on the day and appointments with leeway
5. Appointments flexible in the week

Reservations and call suggestions are prioritized lower than appointments.
