In the first line – if set – the call note is displayed. This is a short reminder about important tasks that you want to consider for the next sales call – see section Call Note.
Additionally, you can determine when the customer will be visited next. Activate the desired option by clicking it, the selected options is indicated by the black, bolder typesetting. portatour® takes your changes into account as soon as you updated the schedule.
The first line below the call note represents the planning parameter of the customer currently set – see section Scheduling parameters. There are following options:
- Automatically every X days: portatour® automatically schedules the customer for every X days.
- Manually every X days: You schedule the customer manually, a reminder is shown every X days.
- Manually no call interval: If necessary schedule the customer manually.
- Manually, Business Hours empty: If necessary, manually create an appointment, as no business hours have been entered for the customer.
One-time 7 Days / 14 Days
Use this option if you want to schedule a one-time customer call within a short interval (about 7 days or 14 days). E.g. in the case of a special occasion when you promise the customer during a call to visit him again next week without making a fixed appointment.
Note: This feature is only available if Last Call has a value set.
Include in Schedule
If you want to include the customer immediately into your schedule, add a reservation through this option. Use this option for customers that are scheduled manually or if you want to call customers prior to the scheduled call interval.
Use this option if you do not want to call customers (yet), despite them being listed automatic scheduling. The customer is excluded from automatic scheduling until you remove the exclude reservation.
As starting location
Select this option if you want to use the customer location as departure point for your sales-route.
