In Multiple sales reps per customer Mode, you can see the call settings of other users for the same customer, in a distinct section on the customer detail page. Prerequisite is that the customer is enabled for several users.
If several users share a customer, this overview provides information on who called the customer last and when, missed calls, and which note has been left for the next call.
Edit or clicking on the name of the customer opens the call settings of the user. Del deactivates the customer, of the respective owner, for portatour®.
Hint: The visibility of call settings to other users depends on your permission as well as the security settings of your organization.
