The limit helps to keep the response times of the portatour® app fast and the server load manageable. It cannot be changed.
We recommend exporting the call reports regularly - e.g. daily or weekly - via API and storing it locally in your network for long-term analysis purposes save - e.g. in your CRM system or in an SQL database.
Your IT department will find the API call in the Online API manual (also directly accessible in portatour® under Options > API ) in the section Export Requests > Export Reports. Use maxPastDays parameter so that not all reports are downloaded at every download. This allows you to download only the reports of e.g. the last 10 days. This speeds up the process.
