To attach images, PDFs, Excel files or other documents to your call reports, it is necessary to first create the corresponding custom field of the type 'External file' for call reports.

If necessary, contact your portatour® administrator.
Once the field has been created, click on Called now after a customer call and proceed as follows:
- In the call report, click on Upload.
- Select the desired file and click on Open.
- Fill in any additional fields and then save the call report.
