If you want to move call suggestions to another day, proceed as follows:
- Open the Calendar.
- Using Drag & Drop, move the suggested call to the day of the week on which you want to visit the customer in question.
- Select Flexible on the day if you are flexible in terms of time, or the specified time in the calendar to also fix the time (see Edit calendar entries).
- Update the schedule to take the changes into account (see also Update schedule).
