To edit the appointment details:
- In the Calendar, click on the appointment and select Edit appointment.
- In the Schedule, click on the appointment to open the appointment detail page.
- On the customer detail page, click on the appointment to open the appointment details page.
On the appointment details page, click one of the edit icons . All icons open the same window for editing:
Click the pencil icon at the top to create, change or delete a customer reference. When changing the customer reference, make sure you select the correct subject and address.
Furthermore, you can now customize the subject of the appointment, change the time settings and edit the address (see Fill appointment details).
Press Save to apply the changes to your appointment.
It is also possible to delete the appointment or exclude it from the schedule by clicking on Actions on the appointment details page.
Hint: Do not forget to update the schedule whenever you change an appointment's date, time or duration. Thus you make sure the changed appointment is shown correctly (see Update schedule).
