Actions > Transfer customer on the customer detail page allows you to transfer a customer from one portatour® user to another.
You have the choice between Move or Copy customer data to a target user, including the associated appointments, tasks, call reports and call blocks by default.
Note: If you want to transfer several customers at once, this is possible via mass editing (see
Selection mode and mass editing) or import (see
Update customer data in transfer mode).
