If an employee leaves your field sales force, deactivate their user account:
- The user's access link is blocked as a result.
- Access to portatour® is no longer possible for the user.
- The data is retained in portatour®.
If a new employee takes over the relevant territory, adjust the user data accordingly and reactivate the user account.
