The portatour® Report provides a tabular overview of the call reports for each user, as well as a statistical processing of customer data related to sales calls. You can find a detailed description of the content in the user manual for portatour® Anywhere.
In the selection box Call timestamps you can specify whether the times in the call reports should be evaluated in the portatour® Report, and whether the call schedule in the Report should indicate the time.
In the selection box Schedule you can specify whether the schedule should be shown or not in the portatour® Report.
Under Daily send to you have the option to send the report daily via e-mail. Enter in this field the e-mail addresses of the required recipients, with one e-mail address per line. Note that the portatour® users can overwrite this setting in their user settings.
